At The Blessed Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a 2-day return window from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Returns are only accepted if the wrong product has been delivered (e.g., incorrect size, color, or design).
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Tags must be intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Innerwear or hygiene-related products
  • Accessories like Tumblers and Home Decor items like posters
  • Items purchased on clearance or as part of special offers

Return Process:

  1. Email us at contact@theblessedstore.com within 2 days of receiving the product.
  2. Mention your order ID and reason for return.
  3. Provide a clear photo of the received product, and a brief description of the issue.
  4. Our team will verify and initiate a reverse pickup or provide return instructions.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Mode:

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method (UPI/Card/Bank Transfer).

Important Notes:

  • We do not accept returns for incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please check our size guide before ordering.
  • Shipping costs for the return will be covered by us if the error is on our part.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will send the correct product as soon as possible.

Digital Products

At The Blessed Store, we want to ensure a delightful shopping experience for you and your little ones! Since we offer digital eBooks, our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting digital content.

1. Download Limits & Refund Eligibility

  • Each eBook purchase allows two downloads per order.
  • A refund request is valid only if the eBook has NOT been downloaded (even once).
  • Once a download is initiated, we consider the order fulfilled, and refunds will not be provided.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. You may request a refund in these cases:
Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally bought the same eBook twice, we’ll gladly issue a refund for one of them.
Technical Issues – If you’re unable to access your eBook due to file corruption or download errors, we’ll either help you fix the issue or provide a refund if the problem cannot be resolved.
Incorrect File Delivered – If you received the wrong eBook, we’ll replace it or issue a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The eBook has already been downloaded once from your order.
  • You changed your mind after purchasing.
  • You expected a physical book instead of a digital download.
  • You claim non-receipt but records show successful downloads.
