All designs focus on presenting a positive message because we believe you are what you wear. Our garments are meant to reflect your vibe, mindset, and mood.
2. What kind of products do you offer for kids?
We offer:
- Creative, message-based clothing with positive affirmations
- Thoughtfully written books that help children grow into kind, confident individuals. Each book includes a personalized certificate to celebrate the child’s learning journey.

Our poster art and décor pieces are:
- Designed in-house with aesthetic value

- Non-returnable due to their artistic nature

4. Do you accept customised orders?
Yes, we do! We love creating something special just for you.
Custom orders are accepted at a small additional cost of ₹300 per design.

5. Are your books physical or digital?
We currently offer digital eBooks that can be downloaded twice per order. Each one is crafted to inspire, teach, and nurture young minds.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Debit and Credit Cards
- Net Banking
- Cash On Delivery (COD)
You’ll find secure checkout options at the end of your order.
7. What is your shipping policy?
- Processing Time: 2–4 working days
- Delivery Time: Usually 5–7 business days within India
- Tracking information will be shared once the order is shipped.
8. What is your return policy for clothes?
We accept returns ONLY in the following cases:
- Wrong item sent (incorrect design, size, or color)
Conditions:
- Return must be initiated within 2 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
- Email us at contact@theblessedstore.in with order ID, reason, and photos
Not Eligible for Return:
- Size selection errors
- Accessories, posters, or customized items
- Innerwear or hygiene products
- Clearance/sale items
Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after item is received and inspected.
9. What is your refund policy for digital products?
Since eBooks are downloadable:
- Refunds are NOT available after the eBook is downloaded
- Exceptions: duplicate orders, download errors, or incorrect files
- If eligible, please contact us within 7 days of purchase
10. Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, only if the wrong product was delivered.
We do not offer exchanges for size or preference changes. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
11. Can I gift an item or personalize it?
We love gifting ideas! You can:
- Request a gift note or special packaging via email or DM
- Contact us for bulk or custom orders for birthdays, baby showers, or festive events
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship across India only. International shipping is coming soon.
